No Yolking™ Protein Matcha Latte

No Yolking egg white protein powder is a complete protein. So whether your body is needing to manufacture hormones, neurotransmitters or build muscles, we’ve got all the amino acids in the bag.
Matcha Green tea delivers the 137 times more anti-oxidants then regular green tea, boosts your metabolism and burns calories while lowering cholesterol and blood sugar level, calms the mind and relaxes the body ready to take on the day. Collagen keeps the body together! Not only does collagen firm and support the skin, it is needed for our ligaments and tendons keeping the joints in good condition and also known to help heal the lining of the gut. Great for those with leaky gut syndrome. It contains many, but not all amino acids. I’ve added it to this drink for a little extra boost in the skin and joint areas.

The good fats are known to be a cleaner fuel for the body to burn for energy. Our minds need fats to not only burn for fuel but coconut oil is said to help carry out heavy metals from the body. The Heavy Metals are often attributed to diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ADD, ADHT and such. Certainly, there is more to the cure then just the oils but it’s a component.
- ¼ cup of Almond/Coconut Milk or other nut milk of choice
- Add 2 ½ tablespoons of No Yolking egg white protein powder
- 1 tsp of Matcha green tea powder
- 1 tsp. of Collagen (optional)
- 1 tbsp of Maca root powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. of Stevia or Lakanto sweetner
- 1 tsp. of coconut oil (may substitute pumpkin seed oil)
- 1 ¼ cups of boiling water
Boil 1/14 cups of water in kettle. Put milk in blender and add all dry ingredients then blend for 30 seconds while water is boiling. Then add coconut oil and boiling water to blender. Blend for a minute or until a nice frothy foam appears.
Pour in a large coffee cup and enjoy.
