Makes: 1 serving
1/4 cup (60 mL) unsweetened non-dairy milk, such as almond, oat or soy
1 tbsp (20 g) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
3/4 cup (175 mL) freshly brewed hot coffee
Natural sweeter, such as monk sugar or stevia
Place milk and protein powder in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add *hot coffee and sweetener, to taste. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy. Pour and enjoy.
Tip: Dust lightly with cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder for an artisan twist with serious health benefits.
