Chocolate Macaroons with Benefits

These guilt free yummy chocolate macaroon squares satisfy your chocolate cravings while delivering some protein, with No Yolking™ egg white,  and collagen! Great for the skin and lubricating the joints.
Coconut oil is said to encapsulate toxins to carry out heavy metals and the cacao gives you a good supply of anti-oxidants.

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup natural peanut butter
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup No Yolking™ egg protein powder
¼ cup cocao powder
½ cup Lakanto or Krisida Monk Fruit sweetener
½ cup collagen
2 cups unsweetened coconut
¾ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp. of water

INSTRUCTIONS:
