Chocolate Macaroons with Benefits

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup natural peanut butter
½ cup almond flour

¼ cup cocao powder
½ cup Lakanto or Krisida Monk Fruit sweetener
½ cup collagen
2 cups unsweetened coconut
¾ cup coconut oil
2 tbsp. of water

INSTRUCTIONS:
