No Yolking’s™ Five Fun Protein Smoothies

Here are 5 fun and colourful smoothies to enjoy during summer or with the kids! Enjoy these on a hot day by the water or in the morning for a quick and delicious breakfast! These smoothies use our No Yolking™ egg white protein powder which has a full amino acid profile, helps balance hormones and stabilizes blood-sugar levels.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of almond/dairy-free alt. milk
  • 2 tbsp of No Yolking™ egg white protein powder
  • 1 tsp of honey

Green

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado

Red

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 2 pitted dates

Pink

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana

Brown (chocolate banana)

  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana

Yellow (orange mango)

  • 1 cup of orange juice with no added sugar
  • 1 cup of cubed mango
  • 1 banana

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. If a thinner consistency is required add water or more dairy-free alt. milk.
