  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. No Yolking™ protein powder
  • 1 oz. of pure unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of Honey
  • 5 ice cubes


Simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until fully smooth and creamy.
