Not only are blueberries great for the eyes but these Vitamin C rich berries, found in this No Yolking™ Looking Good Smoothie, aids in Collagen synthesis. Collagen is what gives us firm skin, and is needed to keep the ligaments and lining of the stomach in good shape.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. No Yolking™ protein powder
  • 1 oz. of pure unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. of Honey
  • 5 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until fully smooth and creamy.
