- 1 Cup of Coconut milk
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2 limes peeled
- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1 cup frozen strawberries

- ½ cup of frozen avocado
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. spirulina or chlorella
- 1 tbsp. lakanto or krisida monk fruit sweetener
Simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until fully smooth and creamy.
