No Yolking™ Cauliflower Chickpea Burger Patty

Here is a new high protein veggie burger you may want to try!  No Yolking™ Cauliflower Chickpea burger will be sure to satisfy your burger cravings with a healthy twist. This tasty recipe will help you reach your daily goals for your fibre and protein intake, thus making you feel fuller.

Serving idea: on Keto bun with lettuce, tomato, avocado, sprouts and your favourite homemade
relish or mustard!

INGREDIENTS:

1⁄2 head of cauliflower
1/3 cup of oil
1 cup of chickpea flour
1 sliced shallot
2 tbs No Yolking™
1tbs of curry powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend cauliflower until pureed in food processor or blender with oil *add a tiny bit of warm water if
using blender*

In mixing bowl, mix chickpea flour, No Yolking™, curry spice and salt/pepper.

Then add cauliflower puree and sliced shallot to the dry mixture and work until thick and doughy textured attained.

Bake info: Preheat oven at 375. Mold patties with hands and bake on baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Frying pan info: Medium heat setting. Olive oil on the pan. Mold patties with hands and fry for 5 min per
side.
