INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups (375 mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk, divided
1 tbsp (15 mL) No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) pure pumpkin puree  
1 tsp (5 mL) pumpkin pie spice (approx.)
1 tsp (5 mL) stevia 
1 shot espresso (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) milk with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and stevia until bubbling. Add espresso (if using). 
  2. Meanwhile, using a handheld frother in a large mug, whip remaining milk with protein powder until smooth and foamy. Pour warm milk mixture into mug. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. 

Tip: Be sure to use pure pumpkin puree, and not pumpkin pie filling, which includes sugar, flavours and various stabilizers.
