No Yolking’s™ Five Fun Protein Smoothies
Here are 5 fun and colourful smoothies to enjoy during summer or with the kids! Enjoy these on a hot day by the water or in the morning for a quick and delicious breakfast! INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of almond/dairy-free alt. milk
- 2 tbsp of No Yolking™ egg white protein powder
- 1 tsp of honey
Green
- Handful of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
Red
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 2 pitted dates
Pink
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
Brown (chocolate banana)
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 banana
Yellow (orange mango)
- 1 cup of orange juice with no added sugar
- 1 cup of cubed mango
- 1 banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds. If a thinner consistency is required add water or more dairy-free alt. milk.
