No Yolking™Dandi Latte

This warm beverage is a great coffee alternative for adrenal fatigue suffers, and good overall health.  Full of anti-oxidants, Dandelion root is full of inulin, which increases the good bacteria in the gut like Bifidobacterial and Lactobacilli along with some potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins A, C & K. Paleo, vegetarian, ketogenic and gluten free diet friendly.

Couple it with the coconut oil and No Yolking egg white protein powder and you will feel fuller longer.

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup of Coconut or Almond Milk

2 tbsp. of No Yolking egg white protein powder

1 tbsp. of Dany Blend or Nutrimax Dandelion Blend

½ tbsp. of Cacao

1 tbsp. or equivalent of stevia or sweetener

1tsp. of coconut oil

1 ¼ cup of boiling water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put all ingredients in the blender except the water.  Blend for 30 seconds on low speed then add the boiling water.  Blend for another 30 seconds to a minute.  Pour and enough this anytime of day.
