No Yolking™ Cranberry Mocktail
Not only is the cranberry juice high in vitamin C but it contains salicylic acid which helps keep the skin clear and keep UTI (urinary tract infections at bay). Couple it with Wild Muskoka Rock Barren Bitters made with local Ontario cranberries, wildcrafted juniper and birch syrup that are inspired by the gorgeous rock barren landscapes of east Muskoka. Herbalists have known for centuries that certain plants, especially those that are bitter or aromatic, can aid digestion, reduce digestive discomfort, and actually improve the daily function of the digestive system, stimulate bile and HCL production! Acid reflux if often caused by too little HCL! Bitters also help to feed the micro-bacteria that becomes healthy intestinal flora.
As always protein helps to maintain blood sugar levels. So if you have had alcohol the night before this combo will help restore your system.
Whether you are looking for a great liver cleansing drink or just a great fun and refreshing mocktail this cool drink is a great summer option.
