Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) prepared hummus
1/3 cup (75 mL) vinaigrette-style dressing
2 tbsp (30 mL) Muskoka Mornings No Yolking™ – 100 % Egg White Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked quinoa
1 cup (250 mL) chopped cucumber
1 cup (250 mL) chopped tomato
1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled goat or sheep’s feta
Gluten-free crackers

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus in a thin layer on a shallow platter. Whisk dressing with egg white powder until smooth.
  2. Toss dressing with quinoa and scatter over hummus.
  3. Toss cucumbers with tomato and feta.
  4. Sprinkle over quinoa. Serve with crackers.

Tip: Dip can be prepared, tightly covered and stored in the refrigerated, up to 1 day in advance.
